Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom lab coats — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum is 25 pieces for embroidered or heat-pressed lab coats. Smaller sample or single-coat runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for hospital systems and multi-campus school orders.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample coat so you can approve fit and embroidery before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Classic Full-Length coat for physicians and a Consultation coat for front-desk staff — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, thread colors, and size specs on file, so reorders and new hires match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don't have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description of your practice name — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone and thread-color matching so your lab coats match your practice or school colors exactly.
Can you individually personalize each lab coat?
Yes — send a spreadsheet of names and titles. This is standard for hospital departments, graduating classes, and pharmacy teams, and each coat is embroidered individually.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles and sizes.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm onboarding, white coat ceremony, or graduation deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list — for example, several hospital departments or clinic locations — and we’ll split the shipment accordingly.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do lab coats cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $22 to $48 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don't you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, style, fabric, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for hospitals, schools, and established institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors are available?
White, Ceil blue, Navy, Black, and Pink across our poly-cotton twill and premium cotton-blend fabrics, with custom Pantone thread matching on request.
Is the embroidery really permanent?
Yes. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so it holds up through repeated hospital-grade laundering without peeling or cracking. Heat-pressed lettering is also durable but recommended for coats laundered less frequently or industrially.
What are the lab coats made of?
Poly-cotton twill for durability and easy care, or premium cotton-blend fabrics for a softer hand and more breathable feel, depending on the style you choose.
How do I care for them?
Machine wash warm and tumble dry low. Poly-cotton twill tolerates institutional laundering well; embroidered logos hold up to repeated washing better than heat-pressed lettering over time.
