Every order from Customized Lab Coats is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.
Production & timelines
Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about two to three weeks, and larger runs or custom sizing may take slightly longer. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for firm onboarding, graduation, or launch deadlines — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Bulk lab coat orders are generally shipped in cartons by weight and destination, and costs vary accordingly.
Delivery & tracking
Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.
Multiple destinations
We can split a single order across multiple addresses — for example, several hospital departments or clinic locations — provide a distribution list with your order.
